The first dissemination activity took part on the 26th of September, 2019 in the cafe of the Student Boarding Home and 11 young people attended.

The participants had a warm welcome, and the Staff presented themselves and their role in the organization. Then they held a short presentation about our organization, and our main aims and goals. Also the aim of this event was explained.

In order to get to know each other, the participants played few name games and energizers, such as “30 seconds of fame” and “The wind is blowing”.

The main activity on this event was Job Interview Success.

The participants had the opportunity to learn to understand and apply in their personal situation the best practices and techniques to be successful in job interviews from the process to answering questions to negotiating job offers. They also learned specific techniques about how to make a great first impression, how to handle challenging questions and body language. Then there was a little simulation of job interviews, where the participants had the opportunity to see how the process of job interviews flow.

Each “interview” had a constructive feedback and comments of how and where they can do better, given by the trainer.

After this, the staff held a presentation of the Erasmus + programme, and it’s many possibilities for the youth, with Q&A session. Then the participants played a Kahoot quiz, just so they can see how much they learned about Erasmus + programme.
